RODNEY MOORINGS SERVICES MOORING CONSENT FORM

This form gives Rodney Mooring Services (RMS) authority to perform work on your mooring.

It also outlines terms and conditions and gathers some basic information about your mooring.

If known, please include the measurements about the bollard size, etc, in case we need to replace your rope so we can set it correctly.

Once this form is submitted, we will then deem this form an order to inspect your mooring and ensure it meets Auckland Transports required standards, and Auckland Transport will be notified of your booking.

Once the job is completed and paid for, the certification document will be sent to the Harbour Master’s office.

- All charges are strictly on 7 day CURTOSY account - Only upon full payment will a signed copy of the inspection report be sent to Auckland Transport. - All equipment supplied will remain the property of RMS until invoice is paid in full - Invoice left outstanding for 30 days will be forwarded to a debt collection agency.

As the client I have read and understood and agree to the above Rodney Mooring Services payment terms, I agree to have my mooring inspected as indicated by my above selection. I understand that while all care and responsibility will be taken, no liability or any consequential loss will attach RMS for loss or damage. I understand that while every effort is made to have your mooring inspected by due date the nature of the work is entirely weather dependant and may be delayed.
